It can mount to either the magazine tube of your shotgun, or to any 1″ diameter scope tube. The reviews for it are pretty good, and according to the reviews it fits great on popular shotgun models like the Remington 870 and Mossberg 500.
While you’re at it, if you don’t already have one you can pick up a 1″ flashlight to go with this mount for under $6 too. With this combo you can outfit your shotgun with a light for just under $12. That is hard to beat.
